David and Victoria Beckham plan to donate libel payout from vice girl to children's charity

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Not a penny: David Beckham, seen here in training with LA Galaxy yesterday, will not keep any money paid to him from his legal action against vice girl Irma Nici

David and Victoria Beckham have said they will not keep a penny of the £16million he is suing prostitute Irma Nici for.

Instead, any money paid out in damages will be given directly to the couple's children's charity, the Victoria and David Beckham Charitable Trust.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper today, a friend of the couple said: 'Any cash retrieved from this liar will help sick kids.'

David's legal team hit call girl with a £16m writ in New York yesterday over allegations she made in InTouch magazine in the U.S that she had enjoyed a threesome with the footballer and another woman.

The friend said Nici, 26, was a 'lying harlot' and confirmed that the Beckhams will use her 'dirty money' to help those in need.

They added: 'David doesn't want a penny of this woman's dirty money. But that doesn't mean some good can't come out of this.'

His laywers slapped Nici with the writ on Monday after they tracked her down to a New York hotel where she had been holed up.

The 35-year-old footballer's writ is said to allege ‘libel, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress’ and accuses Nici of branding the footballer a cheat and criminal.

The writ is also said to have demanded a jury trial over the allegations being printed in the magazine, after the publication had been informed that the claims were untrue.

The lawsuit, filed at Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges libel, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

In Touch magazine’s publisher Bauer and editor Michelle Lee are named as defendants along with Nici.

Nici has been unable to provide any evidence to back up her claims that the England and LA Galaxy star paid her thousands of dollars for sex.

The friend added: 'She certainly won't be profiting out of trying to ruin a high-profile family. She's finished.'

But last night, Nici allegedly slammed Beckham and his legal team after being slapped with the lawsuit and accused him of 'malicious conduct'.

She added: 'I very much look forward to my day in court and the opportunity to tell the truth. I will be completely vindicated and Mr Beckham will be seen for the manipulative whore he is.'
