Kerry Katona 'finds new love through online dating site'

New love? Kerry Katona is said to have found a new man on match.com


Kerry Katona is said to have found a new boyfriend after signing up to an online dating site.

The 29-year-old star, who recently split from builder Adam Waldron, has apparently already been on a date with kick-boxer Scott Gibson after meeting him on match.com.

Kerry is thought to have been so impressed by the pictures of 29-year-old Scott that she sent him a series of messages under a false name, before eventually sending him a picture of herself.

But, upon receiving the picture, Scott is said to have replied: 'You look a bit like that Kerry Katona!'

A friend of Kerry's told the News Of The World: 'He's handsome, muscly and a nice guy.

'Kerry thought it was brilliant Scott had no idea who she was at first.'

And it was after the pair had their first date at a romantic wine bar in Brighton that Kerry really started to get excited about her future with the fighter.

The friend added: 'After the date she was buzzing. She said they kissed goodnight and it was electric. She is having a lot of fun at the moment.'

The pairing is also reminiscent of Kerry's rival Katie Price meeting cage fighter Alex Reid shortly after splitting from Peter Andre.

A spokesperson told the newspaper last night that Kerry had met Scott, but wasn't ready to start a new relationship.

And Kerry said recently that despite her split from Waldron, she is enjoying the single life.

Speaking at the premiere of Angelina Jolie's new movie Satl earlier this week, she said: 'I'm single. Dating my kids at the minute which is quite good.

'I've had it with men. I've had enough.'

Kerry was also quoted as saying that after two failed marriages, she has no plans to walk down the aisle a third time.

She said: 'I'm never getting married again or ever having any more children.

'There are no plans to move back up North with anyone, I live in London now with my children. I'm staying single and that is it.'
