It's a hard life! Sophie Monk indulges in a little yoga during a break in filming

Sophie Monk is currently in Maui, Hawaii filming her new Australian TV show.

But it's not all work and no play for the model, as she took the opportunity during breaks to indulge in a few yoga stretches.

Monk was pictured yesterday showing off some of her best moves on the beach, dressed in a black bikini top and skimpy denim shorts.

When she did get back to work though it didn't look like she'd be in danger of working up too much of a sweat.

The crew filmed her reclining on a sun bed while she sipped from a can of Pepsi.
Nice work if you can get it!

The 30-year-old has been in Maui filming for several weeks, and has been spotted showing off her toned abs and svelte figure in various skimpy bikinis whilst frolicking in the surf.

Monk was recently pictured back in the company of her ex-boyfriend, John Diaz who she had previously split with after finding him in bed with another girl.

The pair were seen holding hands as they visited a coffee shop in Los Angeles together.

Sophie was linked to Entourage star Kevin Connolly in the weeks after her split from Diaz, a plastic surgeon.

But friends said Diaz was desperate to win the blonde back.

'He has been very persistent, calling and showing up at her home,' a friend said.

Monk announced the break up in an interview with an Australian radio station in July, saying: 'I rock up in the morning with a coffee and presents and he [Diaz] had a present there - a chick.'

She initially fled the scene, before deciding to confront him.

'I walked back in and went, "What’s going on?" and actually had a conversation,' she recalls. 'I spoke to the girl. She was in shock. I didn’t know her. She was innocent.'

Monk, who has starred in Click and Date Movie, recently wrapped filming The Legend of Awesomest Maximus, a comedy starring actor Rip Torn and former Beverly Hills 90210 star Ian Ziering.

She previously dated Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden.
