Gym bunny: Christine Bleakley left her London home this morning to head for a workout at Chelsea football club

With her man in South Africa about to kick off England's World Cup campaign tomorrow, what's a WAG to do with herself?

In Christine Bleakley's case, she took advantage of being able to use one of the best gyms in the country as she headed to the gym at Chelsea Football Club for a workout.

The TV presenter is dating the club's midfielder Frank Lampard, who, along with the rest of the England team, is gearing up to take on the USA in Rustenberg tomorrow night.

Bleakley, 31, was snapped leaving her London home in full workout attire, chatting on her phone as she got into her white Audi.

as walked down the street before speeding off towards Stamford Bridge in Fulham.

And as she drove into the football ground, she passed a sign with her boyfriend's face peering out.

Maybe that was because she had a free pass to use the top class gym The Chelsea Club at the Premiership ground.

Or maybe she is still celebrating as she gets set to sign a new £2million deal to stay with the BBC.

The Belfast-born presenter has accepted an offer to remain as host of The One Show - and to become the face of the BBC’s 2012 Olympics coverage.

Her on-screen skills have certainly been paying off for the One Show star.
This week she was awarded the Presenter of the Year gong at the 2010 Glamour Awards in London
