Like mother like son...Britney Spears and Jayden James sport matching (temporary) tattoos

She already has nine tattoos, but yesterday Britney Spears sparked rumours that she had added three more to her collection.

The pop princess was seen out shopping with her boyfriend Jason Trawick with the designs on her upper chest and neck.

One appeared to be a butterfly, another a flower and the third a fox.

But it is thought that the tattoos areactually temporary transfers rather than permanent designs.

The singer was shopping at the Calabasas branch of Toys-R-Us with her Hollywood agent boyfriend, and picked up some Disney toys and Play Doh for her sons, Sean Preston, 5, and Jayden James, 4.

The youngster was photographed leaving a play centre on Thursday also sporting a transfer on his neck.

Britney, 28, already has one permanent tattoo of some Kabbalah symbols on the back of her neck.

She also has eight other tattoos, including a fairy on her back, a daisy on her right foot, some dice on her left wrist and a lipstick kiss on her right wrist.

Earlier in the week Britney was seen on American TV screens making a guest appearance on Glee, bring ratings for the musical comedy to a series high.

Britney looked stunning in a cheerleading outfit as she took a step back in time on an eagerly anticipated episode of the hit show.

And it seems Tuesdays US showing of the 'Britney' episode went down a hit, breaking ratings records for Glee.

According to data, Britney brought in 13.3 million viewers to FOX on Tuesday, a four per cent increase from the premiere and the highest rating ever for the show.
