Amy Winehouse may be off the market... but it's business as usual as she parties until 5am

By Chris Johnson

Back to the party scene: Amy Winehouse struggled to contain her inflated chest as she hit central London last night until 5am

You can take the girl out of the party, but you can't take the party out of the girl.

And so it would seem for habitual hedonist Amy Winehouse, who put on another raucous display as she stumbled around central London until 5am this morning.

The 26-year-old singer, who is newly in love and dating film director Reg Traviss, performed a short set at the Jazz After Dark bar and restaurant where she emerged looking somewhat worse for wear in the early hours.

Wearing a low-cut checked dress, Amy struggled to contain her inflated chest as she set about putting on a show for the cameras outside.

She was also seemingly struggling to contain her emotions, and cheerfully set about kissing and hugging revellers outside the venue, even sharing an intimate clinch with one female fan.

Teaming her outfit with her trademark ballet shoes, and wearing a black over-dress at times, the Back To Black star cut a somewhat grubby appearance with her orange skin indicating she'd been a little too zealous with the fake tan.

Feeling friendly: The newly in-love singer, who is dating film director Reg Traviss, kisses a female fan as she leaves the Jazz After Dark bar and restaurant in Soho

Amy left the jazz venue at around 3.45am before making her way to the late-night bar and restaurant Balans.

The former drug addict had her two security guards in tow and a crowd of fans, who followed her as she stalked her way to the eatery.

Once there she enjoyed munchies and was pictured getting cosy with a man she met in the restaurant, who she kissed goodbye as he left.

And a kiss for you too: Amy was feeling particularly generous with her affections after performing a short set at the venue

Flashbulb frenzy: The singer was escorted by two minders through the melée

Finally, she called it a night just after 5am, departing by the back door.

But that didn't stop the sozzled star putting on another show for the cameras as she slouched in the doorway, with her eyes rolling into the back of her head.

Yesterday her father Mitch confirmed she was dating film director Traviss.

Mitch described him as a 'normal bloke', which will come as some relief after her marriage to former heroin addict Blake Fielder-Civil, who she is now divorced from, and who was jailed for assault last year.

Ever the performer: She put on another show in the doorway first though, while chewing on a snack

Traviss finished his latest film Psychosis earlier this year, which features an appearance by former Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins.

His previous film, the 2006 Joy Division set in Germany, won some acclaim.

The smartly-dressed director, with slicked-back hair, was spotted out with Winehouse earlier this week as they enjoyed a meal together.

A source close to Winehouse said today: 'It's early days but they are enjoying each other's company.'

Still hungry: Next stop was late-night restaurant Balans, where she struck up a conversation with a male diner

Sleepy: But she struggled to keep her eyes open as the clock edged towards 5am

Last night Mitch Winehouse, who is launching his own music career, gave the new man his seal of approval.

In an interview with STV's The Hour programme, he said: 'I'm happy she's got a new boyfriend. I'm happy that she's moving on with her life.'

He said Traviss was a 'very nice, normal bloke'.

Former cab driver Mr Winehouse releases his album of jazz and swing classics, Rush Of Love, next Monday.

Party over: Amy slouched in the doorway of the eatery for one last picture before calling it a night

Heather Mills jets to Mauritius for a family holiday with boyfriend Jamie Walker

By Mail Online Reporter

Attentive: Heather Mills' boyfriend Jamie Walker gives her a shoulder massage as she lunches on the beach in Mauritius

Mills is taking time out of running her Vegan cafe VBites in Hove, East Sussex for a half-term break with six-year-old Beatrice.

Wearing a red bikini top and long white skirt, the 42-year-old strolled up and down the golden sand, stopping to stroke two horses ridden by locals.

This is the second time Mills has been to the Pacific island this year - she previously visited in February after she voted off Dancing On Ice.

Heather Mills's relationship with Jamie Walker must be getting serious after she invited him on a family holiday.

The 38-year-old snooker player looked part of the family as he joined Mills, her daughter Beatrice and a blonde relative, believed to be her younger sister Fiona, in Mauritius this week.

Ever the attentive boyfriend, Walker massaged Mills as she relaxed in the shade during the blistering hot day on the beach.

Horsing around: Mills strokes a horse as two locals ride along the beach

Mills start dating Walker, 38, two years ago after meeting at the Tenerife hotel where he worked as a holiday representative.

Speaking of Walker earlier this year, she said: 'I am the happiest in love that I have ever been.

'I am madly in love and having the time of my life. Everything is finally coming together and going well for me. I have realised I am a very lucky lady.'

While the Vegan campaigner is happy with Walker, she is in no rush to marry again.

Island life: The holiday is the second time Mills has visited Mauritius in the past four months

Her first marriage to Alfie Karmal in the early Nineties last just two years and she went on to divorce McCartney in 2008 after six years of marriage.

She said: 'No, no more weddings, not for me. No.'

Mills recently admitted she was considering adopting a sibling for her and McCartney's six-year-old daughter Beatrice.

She said: 'I wouldn't have another child because the world is already too overpopulated, but I might adopt one.'

No wonder Russell promised to quit womanising! Super fit Katy Perry hits the gym in hotpants

By Mail Online Showbiz Reporter

End of the road for Russell: Katy Perry hit the gym in a tight-fitting outfit of sports vest and hotpant style shorts revealing her figure that won comic Brand's love

Russell Brand publicly hung up his philandering boots when he got together with I Kissed A Girl singer Katy Perry and it's not hard to see why.

The pop singer hit the gym in a tight-fitting outfit of sports vest and hotpant style shorts revealing her enviable figure.

While Katy, 26, appeared a little coy preferring to keep her face shielded by her LA Dodgers baseball cap.

For better and for worse: Russell has publicly pledged to give up his womanising ways as he prepares to be wed to singer Katy

She was clearly not shy about flaunting her toned figure in the blue and red piped outfit as she headed to her West Hollywood gym.

And just to ensure that she stayed on track, she carried a packed lunch together with her quilted Chanel handbag.

Miss Perry will be hard at work getting herself in trim for her impending wedding to the British funnyman, which is set to take place in just a few months time.

Meanwhile, her fiancee was attending a press call at the Apple store in Soho, New York with Get Him To The Greek co-star Jonah Hill.

Treat for fans: Russell Brand poses with a young fan as he makes his way into the Apple store in New York to attend a press call

Funnymen: Russell Brand and Jonah Hill talk with guests at the Get Him To The Greek press call - at one point Brand said he had a headache and asked members of the audience for aspirin

Russell recently spoke to Complex Magazine about his nerves on his first date with the pop star and how falling for her brought about an immediate end to his womanising.

He said: 'When we went for a date, I was nervous. Normally, I'm good at first dates… But everything I was saying was falling flat.

'I used to take drugs in the past, and there was a little bit where it felt like I took too much acid or too much coke or something… and I had to sort of ground myself, 'cause I felt like I was falling in love with her really quickly.

It's all in the past: The former lothario pokes fun at his womanising image on the front cover of the new issue of Complex magazine posing in the middle of a group of bikini-clad girls

'From that first date with Katy, I didn’t return another call to another girl. I didn’t go anywhere, didn’t mess around with anybody at all. It’s almost been a relief.'

True love? Russell and Katy at the LA premiere of his new film Get Him To The Greek

And, asked whether he was still affected by the temptation to stray, he said: 'It’s a bottomless pit. It’s not like you could ever fill that. But before Katy I’d never met anyone before where I thought, ‘OK, this makes sense’. This is now a time to make an effort.'

On the cover of the magazine Brand pokes fun at his image as a lothario, posing amongst a gaggle of bikini-clad girls, with a handwritten message stating: 'Dear Complex, I accept these gifts on behalf of the Queen. Russell Brand, xx'.

Later in the interview the comedian went on to jest about his forthcoming wedding, joking that it would be a 'festival of decadence'.

He said: 'It’s going to be indulgent. Everyone’s going to be topless, the bride, the groom, that’s me, our parents, all topless. It will be a festival of decadence. The first thing we’re going to do is slaughter a swan. That’s to the god Zeus.

'Our wedding is essentially going to be a recreation of the greatest moments in mythological history.'

He also spoke to Elle magazine about his relationship, asked about the speed at which he got serious with Miss Perry, Brand commented: 'I bet people do that everywhere; it's just that you're not so aware of it when someone from Greggs bakery marries the butcher within five weeks.'

The couple, whose combined fortune runs into millions, are reported to have said they do not want any wedding presents.

Brand was quoted by The Sun newspaper as saying: ‘Given that Katy and I both have good jobs, we don’t want any presents. It would be a massive indulgence.’

Oh no, not another Welsh Posh and Becks! Duffy steps out with rugby star Mike Phillips

By Simon Cable

Hand in hand: Duffy and new boyfriend, Welsh rugby star Mike Phillips, enjoyed a shopping trip in Bath yesterday

One is a highly successful Welsh singer and the other a hunky rugby star.

But Duffy and boyfriend Mike Phillips will be hoping the similarities to fellow celebrity couple Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson end there.

Since Church and Henson revealed this week that they were to split up, Duffy and her beau have already acquired their nickname - being dubbed the new Welsh Posh and Becks.

The pair have been together since September and were pictured yesterday while shopping in Bath.

And while they looked happy and in love - their height difference was extremely noticeable as they walked along hand in hand.

Duffy comes in at a diminutive 5ft 2in, while her new beau is over a foot taller than her at 6ft 3in.

Loved up: The pair have been dating since September, and appear to be thoroughly enjoying each other's company

But 25-year-old Duffy - whose hit Mercy sold 6million copies - might want to heed a warning from her scrum-half lover's ex, former Miss Wales Claire Evans.

She told of a note Phillips, 27, left, saying: 'I want to be the Beckham of rugby, have a famous wife, loads of money and good health.'

Church and her British Lions-star boyfriend said on Tuesday they were ending their five-year relationship.

Revealed, the clean cut new boyfriend who may tame Amy Winehouse

By Simon Cable

Straight and narrow: Amy Winehouse out in London with her new boyfriend, film director Reg Traviss

Aside from the jaunty pork pie hat, these two men would seem to share the same sense of style.

The key difference is the one in the first picture with Amy Winehouse - her new boyfriend Reg Traviss - is the kind of chap her father would happily welcome into the home.

His daughter's former heroin-addict husband Blake Fielder-Civil, on the other hand, would more likely feel a foot in his rear.

Glowing: Amy looked happy and healthy as she enjoyed a stroll with her new man

Winehouse's turbulent love life has driven her father Mitch to distraction in the past. But yesterday he announced to his delight that she has found a ' normal bloke' in film director Traviss, 33.

Amy with her ex, Blake Fielder-Civil, back in 2007

The pair stepped out together in Central London on Monday night, with 26-year-old Winehouse on her best behaviour.

They enjoyed a low-key dinner at a restaurant before moving on to a pub and finally a friend's party - all of which passed without incident.

Traviss is the antithesis of the tattooed Fielder-Civil, whom Winehouse married in 2007.

They divorced last year, but rekindled their relationship just weeks later.

Fielder-Civil, who was jailed for a brutal assault, was blamed by Winehouse's father for his daughter's drug and alcohol addictions.

They finally split in April after she said she no longer wanted him to move home with her.

The singer was introduced to Traviss through a mutual friend and he owns a house just minutes away from her new home in Marylebone.

With his hair gelled back and wearing a smart suit and tie, Traviss appeared to have modelled himself on a character from hit U.S. TV show Mad Men.

Traviss directed the 2006 film Joy Division, about a German teenager in the Second World War.

A friend said: 'Traviss has a promising career and is much more mature than Blake.'

Mr Winehouse added his approval last night when he told Scottish TV programme, The Hour, that he had already met Traviss.

He said: 'I'm happy she's moving on with her life. He's a normal bloke, very nice.'

Tender: The new couple share a kiss after returning to Amy's new home in Marylebone

Loved up: Amy can't take her eyes off her new boyfriend - a sharp contrast from her ex Fielder-Civil

Conjoined twins Hassan and Hussein Benhaffaf were separated by doctors but heartwarming photo shows they are still together

By Daily Mail Reporter

Hand in hand: Hassan and Hussein Benfaffaf lie hand in hand, just as they did in the womb, after the 14-hour operation to separate them
Their clasped hands mimic a pose caught on their 24-week scan, which showed their fingers firmly entwined in the womb.

They may have been separated by surgeons but, as this heartwarming picture shows, they are determined to face the world together.

Pictured after the operation to part them, conjoined twins Hassan and Hussein Benhaffaf lie hand in hand, just as they did in the womb.

The five-month-old boys returned home on Friday, seven weeks after they were separated by surgeons at London's Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Their mother, Angie, 36, of East Cork in southern Ireland, has told of her joy at their rapid recovery, with even the simplest of things bringing enormous pleasure.

Mrs Benhaffaf, who also has two daughters, told the News of the World: 'One of the most beautiful things was being able to go into the shops and buy stuff for Hassan and Hussein.

'Before, I would see lovely T-shirts and not be able to put them on the boys because they were conjoined.'

But having two bundles of joy instead of one also has its drawbacks.

Their mother said: 'It's difficult now there's two of them. They were easier to feed hold and clothe. We have to work harder now.'

Bonded: The twins' clasped hands mimic a pose caught on their 24-week scan, which showed their fingers firmly entwined in the womb

The amazing story started last summer, when a 12-week scan revealed that not only was Mrs Benfaffaf carrying twins, but they were conjoined.

Later scans revealed that they had two hearts - greatly increasing their chances of survival - and showed the boys holding hands in the womb.

Born last December at London's University College Hospital, Hassan had his arm around his brother.

The boys then returned to Ireland to build up their strength for April's gruelling 14-hour operation at Great Ormond Street, during which more than 20 medics, including four surgeons and four anaesthetists worked in shifts to separate them.

Although the boys each had their own heart, the organs shared the same safety 'sac', making the op more complex.

Their liver, gut, bladder and pelvis also had to be separated. They have one leg each and are likely to be fitted with prosthetic limbs in the future.

Hope: Before the operation scans revealed that they had two hearts - greatly increasing their chances of survival - and showed the boys holding hands in the womb

Now, just seven weeks on, they are back in their own home.

Their speedy recovery has astonished medics, who expected them to spend up to four months recuperating in hospital.

Edward Kiely, the consultant who led the team which separated the boys and a world expert in the procedure, said: 'For babies who were joined over such an extensive area, they have recovered much faster than is usually the case.

'I don't think we've ever been in a position to discharge babies like this within a couple of months. We're delighted.'

Mrs Benhaffaf, whose Algerian-born husband Azzedine has left his job as a chef to help care for his sons, said: 'I know they are going to do amazingly well.

'They'll do everything these boys. I've always called them my little fighters.

'We now look forward to spending time as a family and recovering from the trauma we have all been through the past year.

'Hassan and Hussein have shown us that miracles do still happen and dreams do come true.'
