As if that isn’t enough, there’s the ever present pressure of having to look your best.
Yesterday it seemed things were going less than smoothly on that front. As she left a business lunch at Scott’s restaurant in Mayfair, Mrs Beckham showed off a pair of rather wrinkled legs.
Short and sweet: Posh wore a thigh-skimming lavender ensemble but it her legs looks decidedly wrinkly around the knees‘Creping’, as plastic surgeons describe it, can occur when a person’s body weight falls so much that not enough fat covers their limbs to plump up their skin.
The effect is often heightened when a person spends a lot of time in the sun, as the Beckhams do at their home in California.
The 36-year-old has been in and out of meetings since arriving in London yesterday, to finish off her new handbag range.
A source also revealed that another reason she is visiting is to spend some time with her new niece.
Her sister Louise gave birth to her fourth child, a baby daughter named Quincy, in August, which Posh was said to be thrilled about.
And as Victoria was getting down to business in the UK, David was looking after their three sons Stateside amidst his latest scandal.

The 26-year-old hooker’s attorney Paul Rolf Jensen says she was hospitalised after officials tracked her down to a New York hotel room to hand her the writ, following her claims she had slept with Beckham.
Mr Jensen said: ‘Beckham is responsible for his goon’s conduct, and we will hold him liable for it.’
